EREZI JOY ODUWAYE
EREZI JOY ODUWAYE studied Law at the prestigious University of Benin,
where she obtained an LLB in 2010. She proceeded to the Nigerian Law
School, Enugu Campus, and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2012. In 2018,
she was awarded an LLM (Distinction) in Commercial and Corporate Law
from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.
Whilst undergoing the National Youths Service Corps Scheme, she served
as a Pupil State Counsel in the Ministry of Justice, Taraba State. And then,
she began private practice at Odesanya & Co., Lagos state in 2015 and has
worked with the law firm of Emeka Etiaba S.A.N, Etiaba & Co., Etiaba
Chambers. She has in her experience portfolio, cases cutting across
Maritime, Contract, Company, Labour and Land law; as well as Fundamental rights, Securities and Regulatory
compliance. In her practice, competence and the delivery of high-quality legal solutions, derived from a rich
and ever-growing legal knowledge base, as well as 21st century innovative practices, take the center stage.
